Graeme joined Bank of Scotland in 1990 following  a career in Corporate Banking with Deutsche Bank AG and Clydesdale Bank.  After many years in the Leveraged Finance business he set up the Integrated Finance business and was subsequently appointed to the Bank’s Corporate Board looking after all the Leveraged activities, Funds Investments, Structured Products and Growth Equity.  Following the acquisition of HBoS by Lloyds TSB in January, 2009, Graeme was appointed to the Wholesale Exco looking after the combined Leveraged Finance activities, the Joint Venture business, Integrated Finance, Funds Investments and Lloyds Development Capital.
