Pi Capital is part of a unique consortium of private investor syndicates and corporate ventures in the Seraphim Capital Fund (the Fund), which won a competitive bid to establish the first of the UK Government’s new Enterprise Capital Funds.

These funds combine private and public money to increase financing options for small British companies. The Fund is £30 million and targets investments from £0.5-2 million.  It expects to make five new investments p.a. during its five year investment period. The Fund is a generalist, targeting revenue-generative, rapidly growing companies.
