Alchemy is a private equity business based in London, which specialises in buy-outs, buy-ins and the provision of later stage development capital.

It also focuses on turnaround transactions and public to private opportunities, having undertaken over 20 public to privates to date. Alchemy looks to make equity investments of between £25 million and £120 million. It has completed over 100 investments with more than £2 billion of equity invested to date.
