Mark Woodall has nearly 20 years’ business experience working with financial, technology, energy and environmental companies, as a founder, adviser and investor. Mark is currently the Chief Executive Officer and is a founder of Climate Change Capital, a leading investment management company for the low carbon economy. Climate Change Capital, which was established in 2003, now has more than $1.5 billion in funds under management. In 2000 he co-founded iGabriel, an investment company focused on the TMT sector, where he served as Managing Partner. Until March 2000, Mark was the Executive Director of Impax Capital Corporation, a niche investment bank focused on environmental technologies, which he founded in 1993, and is now quoted on the AIM. Over the last 15 years, Mark has played a significant role in the structuring and financing of dozens of new energy and environmental transactions and funds, with capital commitments of over $2 billion. Mark has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management (Dean’s List) and was an Officer in the British Army from 1981-1984.
